What is a pre-order / group buy?
A pre-order or group buy is paying and placing an order for a product that is not yet in-stock, but will be produced in a certain time frame and then sent out to the customer once production has been quality checked and finalized.
How long does a pre-order purchase take to be fulfilled?
Orders will take anywhere on average between 8-24 weeks to complete. There is a lot of details that go into producing to ensure high quality and sometimes delays may occur. Please take note of this before placing your preorder!
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
GB sales are final. No refunds or cancelations will be accepted under any circumstance and is subject to discretion.

Product restock
Group Buy products will not be restocked after the group buy period unless stated otherwise.
Other products will be restocked occasionally depending on the popularity of the design.
Do you sell your products on any other platform?
Not at this moment however some regional vendors do carry our products.
