Shipping policy

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that there may be substantial delays in delivery services. This is beyond our control, and we seek your kind understanding and patience.



Shipping (Singapore)

Singapore Orders takes approximately 3-7 working days to be delivered.


Shipping (International)

All orders are shipped from Singapore via the available options during check out. 

International Orders takes anywhere from 3-20 days depending on country and other factors.

An email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon the fulfilment of your order. Please note that the status of tracking information after the package has reached its destination country is subjected to the destination post's availability.

Please also ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. If your parcel is lost or being returned to us due to the wrong mailing address provided, or due to failure to collect the parcel from your local post office during the collection period, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees.


Customs Fees and Taxes

Declaration of value will be in accordance to the order received.

Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, charges or fees incurred at your destination country.

Failure in the timely payment of such fees to your customs may result in the package being sent back to me. In this case, you can choose to:

1. Pay for shipping again to have the package re-sent to you OR

2. Get a refund for your order, minus the 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
