Shipping (Singapore)

Singapore Orders takes approximately 3-7 working days to be delivered.


Shipping (International)

All orders are shipped from Singapore via the available options during check out. 

International Orders takes anywhere from 3-20 days depending on country and other factors.

Please also ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. If your parcel is lost or being returned to us due to the wrong mailing address provided, or due to failure to collect the parcel from your local post office during the collection period, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees.


Non-Liability for shipments

Please note that Switchlab assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur once the package leaves our premises. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs procedures, handling by international carriers, or force majeure events.

It is solely your responsibility to pursue any claims or compensation for loss or damage directly with the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will provide you with all necessary shipping documentation and support to assist you in your efforts.
